MiraShare Fits The Bill

A robust solution that meets the needs of our changing business and captures the actions we need to capture, especially when completing Inspections and Audits across our sites. It really does what it said it would, and the aftercare customer services really are first class. A cost effective solution which, based on my experience to date, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

Pros:

Fantastically easy to use software that meets the needs of our business really well. Our business is complex and we needed the functionality to manage Audits and Inspections as well as Incidents at site and project level. With Audit Scoring now being rolled out as well, we are getting the metrics we need to really help create a first class health and safety culture

Cons:

Like every solution we reviewed before selecting Mirashare, there are always going to be some smaller things that we’d like to have, that aren’t included at the moment . However, the team at Mirashare have good development plans in place moving into next year and are keen to have feedback from their customers to help them shape requirement..

Affordable software with great support

The real strength of Mirashare are the people at Elmstone Systems. These are not only true professionals in this environment, when you are talking to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and her team you are talking to the people who have developed the system. They are also very easy people to do business with and have a very client centric ethic which is refreshing in this market. They are not the usual pushy salesy types and focus on delivering a safe environment for you and your employees.

Pros:

I have recommended Mirashare frequently to my clients after spending some time getting to know the software and the team down at Deal. This is a truly comprehensive package for anyone looking for a system to manage their SHE environment which was originally developed for a global pharmaceutical business. Since those times Mirashare is now used across this Industry as well as in Biotech and has become an industry standard. It has also proved its metal in the Construction Industry. My clients particularly like the sophisticated permissions available that give them ultimate control over who sees what and the easy to use Audit/Inspection scheduler which saves a lot of time. One of the most popular features though is the Near Miss App which is so simple to use which is important when it is in the hands of people on site who may not be SHE professionals. That is very important in encouraging people to use it and prevent serious incidents so that everyone goes home safe from work. The whole thing can be done in 30 seconds Another feature my clients like is that actions from all of the different applications within Mirashare are gathered together to give management an accurate picture of what has to be done and when

Cons:

There are very few Cons about Mirashare. Perhaps the only one is that there isn't a Permit to Work module as yet.

Reasons for choosing Mirashare

Speaking to my clients the main reason they select Mirashare is because they loved the company and professional approach of rep team. Their focus on their clients just comes through in everything that they do.

Comprehensive and top quality package of essential procedures

Mirashare is a package that is more than just software and a database. The most important part of this and every other service that I look for is an ability to tailor the requirements and always be prepared to assist throughout the life of the contract. The Mirashare team offer the best service team I have ever experienced and that is what makes Mirashare head and shoulders above similar products on the market.

We found that by utilising the Mirashare package we could dramatically reduce the cost of both time and paperwork.

Cons:

It would be difficult to highlight any areas of the package that need improving, as everything we ask for is immediately provided by the back-up team.
