Bevspot is a time saving bar management tool

We’ve used this web app for years and it’s really helped us save time and be more precise.

Pros:

Bevspot keeps me on task with upper level beverage management but also saves me lots of time and money with the day to day. Upper level would be usage, vendor spends, variance, sitting inventory. Daily tasks include ordering and pricing.

Cons:

I’m conflicted about it’s inability to merge data with quick books, so we find ourselves double entering invoices - once into Bevspot and then again into quick books. On a positive note, it does sync with our pos system, Toast.

Pros:

BevSpot streamlined our inventory, ordering, and costing immediately. Hours of time have been saved on a weekly basis, and the customer service is quick and helpful. They consistently add on features to make it more useful.

Cons:

Some of the initial things I didn't like have been added since, so it's great they are always improving. It would be great if the program could be plugged directly into our POS system for quick, item level analysis, but as of this writing the item-by-item analysis has to be sent in and waited on.
