Label Matrix 2022 review

Overall a positive experience. Brought older labels into the system and saved them as the newer version.

Ease of setup. Being able to access labels stored in earlier version

Cons:

License manager fails occasionally. Would like to get this resolved.

Powerful Software, Easy to Use

I like it. I have used it for over 20 years now and would buy it again if needed.

Pros:

It works very consistently. The barcode designer is powerful and easy to use. The database functions are straightforward and work well.

Cons:

Some barcode printers need different drivers to work properly. I think the issue is more the printer than Label Matrix though.

the printer and the program are low maintenance

Cons:

very little customer support. but as it's low maintenance, I rarely have to deal with customer support

Love the Label Matrix 2015

Love it and it is used daily here. Life was not easy when it was down for a week Glad it is back up running.

Pros:

Very user friendly and has many styles to choose from in regards to Fonts,. Size, Style.

Cons:

Sometimes if you hit the wrong button you only receive half of the amount you want. Must be dilegant in entering the amount of numbers you want to add to the quantity to print or you may end up with many more than needed.

Pros:

What I like most about Label Matrix is being able to have as many custom labels as needed. It keeps it consistent, so the customer gets what they ask for every time.

Cons:

The only problem we have come across is running out of our license. I'm not aware if a notice is sent out ahead of time or not, but this will cause the system to be down for a day, sometimes longer.

Thank you for taking the time to review! Our Marketing team sends out emails to end users when their license is set to expire (they usually send out a few, a couple months out from expiration). Our renewals team also sends out emails about licenses expiring. The email that is connected to the software license might not be active in your organization anymore, which could be why your team doesn't know of the expiration dates! It's not able to produce GS1 bar codes.

I used the software years ago. We needed to purchase a new subscription to the software so it could work with newer Windows versions. We hesitated because of the price, but we needed a solution for printing barcodes and labels.

Great Product, can't add licenses

Pros:

It works great and is simple. Not much else to say.

Cons:

I cannot add a single machine license to our count. I would have to buy it all over in a 5 pack license. We are working on switching to a different product so we are not paying for what we don't need.
