Easy to use and low monthly fees.

Software is easy to use and offers great value for the money. This is a money well spent app. and program.

Designed for Small and medium size businesses. Great product for inventory and warehouse managers and management.

Cons:

Stockpilot does not offer a free trial or free version. Other than this, I cannot pin point anything wrong with this app.

Snelle doorontwikkeling, veel marketplaces, er wordt naar de klant geluisterd (menselijk contact), veel integraties, volledig systeem.

Cons:

Er zijn wat ons betreft geen minpunten voor deze applicatie.

Reasons for choosing Stockpilot

Goedkoper en doordat Stockpilot ontwikkeld wordt door een relatief kleiner team, ervaren we een betere support en behulpzaamheid. Er is zelfs een custom feature voor ons gebouwd en bij doorontwikkelingen wordt ons gevraagd of we nog input hebben!

Pros:

As a small business, I rely on software that is free of bugs and issues. This software is easy to use and offers great value for the money. I paired it online with my etsy account. My favorite feature is the inventory management. Also, the order management made fulfilling orders a breeze.

Cons:

I cannot pinpoint anything negative about the software at this time. The software is great and so was customer support.

Cons:

Sometimes it's hard to find functions. Especially for new people. The videos help a lot here.

Cons:

Some deeper or more specialized features (such as add-ons, B2B portals, or specific workflow extensions) are available through additional modules or API integrations. For standard inventory and order management, the system is fully functional, while more specific automations can be added only if and when they are needed.

Reasons for switching to Stockpilot

I switched from Linnworks to Stockpilot because I wanted a more focused and transparent inventory system. Linnworks is powerful, but its complexity and heavy interface made day-to-day stock management slower and harder to oversee. With Stockpilot, inventory and order flows are clearer, faster to manage, and easier to trust without needing constant fine-tuning.

Easy to use, ready for future growth

Great. When we have questions we can contact the helpdesk and get a proper and quick response. The interface is easy to understand.

Pros:

Great product. One platform that has it all. Currently we use the Bol, Amazon and Woocommerce integrations. When we grow further as a company it is great to have access to many other sales channel integrations, so we won't have to switch platforms.

Cons:

There is not really something we don't like. It is easy to use and very affordable and has everything we need.

It didn't have the functionality that we needed.
