Easy to learn and operate. Monitors all of our applications and license usages on different ways it was setup & configured. Generate reports in common format for easy manipulation and use on other presentation tools.

Cons:

We are pleased with results from the Management Software product

We have evaluated several license suites monitoring their use over the last 6-8 months. The analysis helped us reduce our costs and were a good tool for the users to understand why we are making some of the decisions we are making and what more we can do to balance our portfolio of software licensing.

Cost Efficiency Solution

This software is an excellent solution for cost efficiency. we may analyze and make a statistical report of all software usage in the company. then we will know that turns out we have many software that the usage level is very low. which we can decide to cut off the software subscription or rental cost. good job Open iT!!
