tbITSM allows staff members to access pre-built ticket templates for service requests, incidents, solutions, and other tasks. Supervisors can conduct root cause analysis, define known errors, and perform provisioning for suggestions, optimizing overall problem management operations. Additionally, administrators can create custom dashboards, manage key performance indicators (KPI), and export reports in XLS and CSV formats.
