Cons:

At first it was difficult to get all employees to adhere to new check -in system.

Keeps a accurate and thorough record of our staff and visitors.

Cons:

Older users have trouble with reading the on-screen text and understanding how to use a touch screen device/keyboard

Setup and customization of screen prompts were very easy and quick.

Cons:

Certain updates have caused prompts to stop working but have been fixed with later updates. No complaints at this time.

Very easy to use. Staff and resident like it because it only takes seconds to gain access to entry.

Cons:

We have to reboot the machines a few times a week if we have Internet connectivity issues.
