Amazing app that truly simplifies client management

My overall experience with SimpleFile has been great. I feel like SimpleFile has increased client satisfaction and in return has resulted in more business.

Pros:

This product is very simple to use and my clients love it! My favorite features include the case timeline and eSign portal. The case timeline allows clients to communicate with us whenever they want through the app. As a result, it cuts down the amount of phone calls that come into the office from clients, allowing my paralegals to have more time to work on files. The eSign portal allows us to quickly and efficiently upload documents for clients to sign directly from their phones.

Cons:

I don't feel that any improvements need to be made.

Good App for Law Firms

My overall experience with SimpleFile has been great. It gives me more time to focus on other tasks at hand and also improves our communication with clients. Clients seem to really like the app and love using it. I feel like SimpleFile allows the firm to be more efficient in many ways.

Pros:

SimpleFile makes my job as a paralegal a bit easier because it prevents numerous phone calls from clients asking about the status of their case; instead, they can just log in to SimpleFile and see what the status is. Clients can also write to us in the app instead of calling.

Cons:

The app is very easy to use, so I do not have any complaints.
