ovos play is a playful microlearning solution that helps small to large enterprises to create and design instructional content for employees. Authors can access the template catalog to create interactive micro trainings alongside with assessment questions in order and measure learning progress using an intelligent learning algorithm.

Employees can view their scores and participate in contests based on high score lists. The learning algorithm is built around continuous and playful assessment in the form of single-player practice sessions or multiplayer quizduells.

ovos lets enterprises embed custom designs or business logos in the user interface, enhancing brand personalization across learning challenges. The learning tool can be deployed for web usage or as Android or iOS application and is hosted in the cloud. Zusammenarbeit bedeutet für uns geben und nehmen, Orientierung schaffen, Möglichkeiten aufzeigen und gemeinsam an einem Ziel arbeiten. Diese Form der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit durfte ich mit dem Team von ovos play Wien sehr positiv erleben. In unserer Kooperation wurden Emotionen, Kreativität, unterschiedliche Blickwinkel, Strategien, Erfahrungen und Kostenfaktoren so professionell gebündelt, dass eine transparente, effiziente und zielorientierte Planung jederzeit möglich war. So entstand Raum für Innovation, die unseren Lehrlingen, Ausbilder: innen Mitarbeiter: innen langfristig zugutekommt.

Als Partner ist ovos play für uns eine große Bereicherung. Gemeinsam konnten wir zahlreiche neue Lerninhalte entwickeln und umsetzen, die zum Lernerfolg unserer Lehrlinge und Mitarbeiter:innen beitragen. Besonders wichtig ist uns, dass Lernfortschritte sichtbar werden, denn ein klarer Überblick über den eigenen Lernerfolg motiviert und stärkt die Freude am Lernen. Es sind die persönlichen Erfolge, die unsere Lehrlinge antreiben und die Weiterentwicklung ihres Wissens fördern – nicht äußerer Druck. Was mir am meisten gefällt, ist die hervorragende Zusammenarbeit zwischen ovos play und dem ÖAMTC. Durch diese Partnerschaft entstehen neue Türen und greifbare Möglichkeiten, die den Erfolg unserer Lehrlinge nachhaltig unterstützen.

Cons:

Diese Frage ist nicht leicht zu beantworten, da man naturgemäß oft die eigene Perspektive in den Mittelpunkt stellt. In jedem Projekt gibt es Missverständnisse oder Momente, in denen nicht alles wie geplant verläuft. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch, dass ovos play mit uns jederzeit offen und transparent kommuniziert hat. Herausforderungen wurden angesprochen, ohne sie in den Vordergrund zu rücken, stattdessen lag der Fokus stets auf konstruktiven Lösungen und dem gemeinsamen Ziel.

Als Administrator war es mir wichtig, einen transparenten Überblick darüber zu haben, wer wann welches Thema bearbeitet. Nur so konnten wir sicherstellen, dass jede:r Nutzer:in die passende Unterstützung erhält und mögliche Schwierigkeiten frühzeitig erkennbar werden. Für genau diese Anforderungen hat uns jedoch lange Zeit das geeignete Tool gefehlt.

Ovos Play kann viel mehr als man zuerst vermutet

Wir haben mit Ovos Play eine Lösung, die sich innerhalb von 2 Monaten etabliert hat und sich nach knapp 6 Monaten gerechnet hat. Und wir binden immer mehr User in die Entwicklung von Lerninhalten ein.

Ovos Play ist zwar eine Lernapp bietet aber mit etwas Kreativität viele Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Zum Beispiel im Recruiting, Onboarding, Unterstützung von Change Prozessen. Ein grosse Vorteil ist die Einfache Administration. Wir haben uns für Ovos Play entschieden, weil wir mit anderen Systemen aufgrund der aufwändigen Administration und des notwendigen Spezialknowhows eine einfachere Lösung mit einem höheren ROI gesucht haben. Die Quizfunktion ist nicht nur eine Lernkontrolle, sondern fördert den Teamgeist und die Lernmotivation.

Cons:

Zuerst haben wir uns etwas eingeschränkt gefühlt, das Ovos Play als Standardprodukt eine gewisse Bandbreite an Funktionen besitzt. Jetzt hat sich das aber als Vorteil heraus gestellt, da wir viel effizienter und schneller in der Umsetzung von neuen Lernprogrammen sind

Unsere guterjob App vermittelt Unternehmenskultur, Werte und Wissen auf interaktive, ansprechende Weise, ersetzt die klassische Willkommensmappe durch eine digitale Entdeckungsreise und stärkt von Beginn an Bindung, Motivation und Integration. Ovos play ist ein tolles Produkt, welches wir nun seit einem Jahr in unserem Unternehmen etabliert haben und wofür wir von den Nutzenden durchweg positives Feedback bekommen! Die Gestaltung und die Umsetzung in Echtzeit sind benutzerfreundlich und sollte es doch einmal haken, ist der Kundensupport schnell und effizient zur Stelle.

Im Backend könnten einzelne Prozesse leichter ineinandergreifen, grundsätzlich ist das aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau

Pros:

There are several features you can use in terms of building a user friendly web-application and creating a great playful-learning-user-experience. ovos play is easy to use and supports our company in making the first and next steps in digitizing our business. The integration with our existing business worked very well. The support of the ovos team within this process was and is incredible. ovos play is a great partner for companies in terms of creating a playful learning experience and building awareness for certain topics within the workplace or elsewhere.

Cons:

I do like all of it. There is always room for developing new features, which the ovos play team is doing on a daily base anyway. They are open to feedback and they take things into considerations for further developments. For what we need right now, its the perfekt fit. A little bit more design-customizing would have been great in our case but honestly, that's not a Con, it's more a preference.

Reasons for choosing ovos play

ovos play was and is a perfect match from the beginning till now. The ovos play team is supportive and friendly as well as highly competent in the field. We experienced a nice event, Friday lunch, with parts of the team and felt very welcome. The people we met are curious, supportive and open minded and we are grateful for having a partner like ovos play. Great team behind the scenes. Great tool.

Optimales Tool zur Prüfungsvorbereitung

Ovos Play wird von Studierenden zur Vorbereitung auf Online-Klausuren zu komplexen Themen, mittels unterschiedlicher Fragetypen, eingesetzt. Der Lernerfolg konnte dadurch eindeutig gesteigert, der Lernaufwand eindeutig reduziert werden.

Individualisiertes Lernen entwickelt sich und wird unterstützt durch die integrierten Algorithmen. Spaß macht den Studierenden das Duellieren mit Studienkollegen über die Quiz-Funktion. Kreative Gestaltung der Lernkarten und Übernehmen in die unterschiedlichen Funktionen durch Administrator ist einfach und unkompliziert. Integrieren von Bildern und Videos klappt einwandfrei. Funktioniert auf allen Devices.

Cons:

Nachteile wurden mir von den Studierenden keine genannt, aus Sicht des Administrators kann ich ebenfalls keine anführen.
