About Skillcast

Skillcast is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) suitable for various industry sectors, including finance, technology, retail, manufacturing and services. It can be used by businesses of all sizes to train employees on regulatory compliance and other business-critical initiatives.

Skillcast offers capabilities including user management, content delivery options, communication, management information (MI) reports and hierarchical permissions. It comes with unlimited storage and bandwidth and can be integrated with third-party HR software using manual and automated data feeds and single sign-on (SSO).

Skillcast collects additional user tracking data to generate competency heat-maps levels and allows for assignment and reassignment of courses based on job role, location and past experience.

The Skillcast LMS also provides a built-in content authoring and management system with an open source CSS framework for building responsive and accessible learning. It also comes with pre-built libraries of standard risk and compliance courses.

The Skillcast LMS is available on a per user per year subscription basis with unlimited use.

    The support that is given by the team is second to none. They are always on hand to answer questions, give options and help to resolve any issues. The flexible approach is also valuable in that there are options for full modules, fast track (assess first) and short compliance bite videos
    Cons:
    It would be good to have some variety of approach for the modules with a particular focus on neurodivergent colleagues. It would be good to have some video content in the fuller modules to mix up the delivery as it is quite formulaic
