SmartTeam is an online training solution for small to midsize businesses that helps team members get the training they need. 

The solution's learning and performance engine is a new take on the traditional learning management system (LMS). Using eLearning technology, SmartTeam encourages a collaborative learning environment with course modules designed by industry experts. It offers team members interactive tools, activities, real-life scenarios and more.

The solution's interface helps managers find and enroll staff members in a variety of focused courses. Managers can also upload anywhere from a few hires to the entire office into the system. From there, they can browse through the course list perform a more specific search and enroll necessary team members.

In addition to the courses created by SmartTeam, there's also the option of utilizing the Self-Service Course Launch feature, which lets administrators upload and manage their own courseware—such as handouts, PowerPoint presentations and videos—to create exams, feedback surveys and more. The solution's reporting module lets users monitor and track information on registered users and course completion status.
