Phenomen Based e-Learning with Valmis Platform

One of the best learning platforms and best IT-project what I have lead as a customer. The Proof of Consept phase let us know that the software will support us on our core business and after first year in production use our results was brake-through.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und beste KI-gestützte Reports

Valamis ist vom Personalentwicklungsprozess her gedacht und unterstützt sowohl den Lernenden aber auch den Manager bzw. Personalentwickler. Ein integriertes Autorentool macht die schnelle Contenterstellung leicht, aber es können auch extern erstellte Kurse über SCORM oder andere Anbieter über API integriert werden. Die Learning Consultants sorgen für eine reibungslose Einführung, die innerhalb von nur 8 Wochen erledigt sein kann.Auch die Migration von einem anderen LMS zu Valamis wird super unterstützt.

- Einfache Benutzeroberläche - jeder Mitarbeiter kann auch Content bereit stellen und somit Wissen teilen, kann man aber auch ausschalten- Skillmanagement und Eventmanagement als Standardbaustein inklusive, so dass ein kompletter Lernpfad sowie Blended Learning abgebildet werden kann- LinkedInLearning und andere Kursplattformen können integriert werden- Learning Consultants stehen bereits in der Trial-Version beratend zur Seite- einfacher Datenimport und Single Sign On aus dem HR-Stammdatensystem- Dreistufiges Einführungsverfahren macht die Entscheidung leicht. Da man vom look-and-feel über die erste Umsetzung in die Entscheidung geht.Preislich sehr attraktiv ab ca. 1000 User und 100% DSGVO-konform- ECommerce möglich- Mobile Version möglich

Cons:

Da die Finnen ein sehr humanistisches Menschenbild haben, können sie nur schwer verstehen, warum ein lernwilliger Mensch sich durch zweistufige Genehmigungsprozesse klicken muss, um einen Kurs zu besuchen. Diese hierarchischen Freigaben können aktuell nicht ohne Weiteres abgebildet werden. Keine On Premise Lösung
