The ACCEPT System is a software suite for industrial quality control, which gives you a global view of critical parameters and statistical analysis, allowing you to react promptly to any event, in order to ensure the efficiency of production processes, compliance with specifications and the quality of your product.

With customizable dashboards and reports, ACCEPT 360º is the system’s supervision layer, providing you with a global view, in real time, of all the data processed by the different ACCEPT functional areas.

The ACCEPT System consists of 3 functional areas that feed the supervisory layer, ensuring a continuous flow of information:

    ACCEPT Quality is a software solution for statistical Quality control, which simplifies and streamlines the process of identifying, collecting and analyzing any quality parameter, throughout the entire production process and guarantees full traceability and compliance with specifications.

Ensure the maximum performance and efficiency of your production lines, reducing costs and waste. - MSA | Measurement Systems analysis and management The standard IATF 16949: 2016, formerly ISO / TS 16949, defines the requirements of a quality management system for companies in the automotive sector, establishing measurement systems analysis (MSA) as mandatory for certification. ACCEPT MSA is a software solution for the management and analysis of measurement systems, which meets the requirements of the IATF 16949: 2016 standard, integrating the calculation algorithms proposed by the AIAG MSA-4 standard. In turn, each functional area has specific modules and applications, accessible through multiple interfaces (Web, mobile, desktop, industrial consoles, etc.), which allow the collection and analysis of different types of data.

    A experiência é muito positiva. O software permitiu eliminar o recurso aos registos em papel, permitindo uma diminuição de tempo significativa dedicada aos registos. Com a aplicação Mobile permite registar na hora os dados em controlo de linha. A disponibilização de dados e a facilidade de exportação para tratamento estatístico é uma mais valia do software.
