Certdox Food Safety Software

We could not be happier with this system. It had made our jobs easier, freed up additional time for other projects and made going though out 3rd party audits a breeze.

Pros:

The system is extremely easy to set up and use. We were able to implement the software and up and running quickly. It is easy to make any changes or alterations. It makes our job so much easier and less stressful.

Cons:

Integration with our accounting and purchasing software would be nice (we do not use an ERP system and this would tie everything together nicely).

A must have!

In a few words: it has made my job easier! Having the ability to perform all duties with just an ipad or phone is great help when you are on the move (which is the case for any practitioner) and being able to get anything related to your food safety program with such ease is priceless.

Pros:

Certdox allows for a company to have everything related to food safety and quality control in one place. We went from having everything on paper, which translated to twenty binders and countless manual entry hours, to being able to perform and have all of our inspections, data storage, task lists, training records, etc at the click of a button and available in any device with internet access.This system allows for any audit to be seamless and this is of great importance for you and for your auditor.

Cons:

To be honest, there is nothing I would change at the monent. When we first started with the system there were a couple of functionality aspects in some modules that we preferred to show data differently but that was taken care of immediately. Customer care is really important to the Certdox team.

I love how this software is very easy to use for all personnel involved. Also, love how we can give access to certain people s that there is no confusion of others making changes to an areas they do not manage. Also, the safe keeping of documents and the easy retrieval of them.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike about tis software! Best software in the industry!

Eas of use, easy to implament

overall experience is that when we first started using the platform we have had excellent Audit scores, i would recommend this software to any and all food processing facilities that want to be GFSI compliant.

Certdox is a well thought out tool pertaining to food safety, there are many many food safety programs at you finger tips that are easy to use and understand. for example All of your paperwork is in one place, internal audit checklists, per-operational checklists, operational checklists, approved suppliers, maintenance, HACCP, specifications, product holds, all in one place. we love it

Cons:

Not many cons that i can speak of, if there is an issue or there is something that is needed from support there always happy to assist in adding new checks. very user friendly.

Certdox Saves the Day for Small Businesses

Overall experience with Certdox has bee very positive, has helped the business achieve and maintain GFSI certification without having to bring in a large team of employees to maintain the Food Safety Management System. Certdox has helped organize our records and training program without needing a large HR department.

User-friendly, easy implementation of food safety management system that is available in English and Spanish. System provides a database that includes document control and management for all food safety records. Database can be customized to fit business needs.

Training module has some issues with sign-in from time to time.

Excellent choice for advancing a cumbersome paper-based manual system to an efficient cloud-based Food Safety Manual System that can be accessed with PC's, Tablets and Smartphones.
