Production scheduling was much easier with the use of VIcinity.

One of the things that's been helpful has been the ease of use. This year has been really busy for us and so our forecast actually has changed quite a bit. The software has been helpful in terms of understanding exactly when we needed items coming out to meet everything we were looking at, based on how the orders are in the system and how they kind of populate the resource view. Our service rep also has really been helpful because they've made a couple very personalized reports for us. That's always been a good thing with Vicinity, they are able to tailor reports to your needs. We recently changed inventory sites virtually in our system; when we were running reports and planning, it wasn't displaying information correctly. It was displaying too many planned orders even though we didn't need them, and it was basically messing up the balance of inventory. Having the tailor made reports were helpful, but things like that have been very good in terms of the planning side that Vicinity's done for us.

Customer support has been exceptional as we have had a handful of hiccups in our start-up with Vicinity. Still looking for some added functionality when it comes to the more complicated brewing actions, however, fantastic for your standard brews!

Great company that is always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Software that is saleable and versatile for any size brewery big or small.
