Efficient and Easy software system

We have been using DockWorks for a few months on a daily basis and overall we couldn't be more happy with it. The customer service is top notch and if you have any questions they are always ready and willing to help.

Pros:

The simplicity, the organization, the texting for invoices and the fact that this company is willing to not only listen to their clients but also wanting to make changes to make this system the best!

Cons:

There were a few hiccups in the beginning but after speaking with our customer service rep, everything was taken care of.

Reasons for choosing DockWorks

DockWorks was just a better fit for our business of watercraft repair shop. The customer service, price and ease of use were exactly what we needed.

Pros:

Ease of use. Functionality, and capabilities are all pluses I have Ben using it for less than a month but am satisfied so far.

Cons:

Some limitations on billing third parties ie. Warranty work for a company. The dev team is working on it. I have not used the platform enough to have any thing else
