CAASie is a gamechanger. It enabled us to get digital outdoor advertising live on a high traffic road and control the way the ad was timed and run with the simplicity of booking a Facebook ad. Very impressive dashboard and loved the ability to see and export hour-by-hour stats. Excellent support from the team who also offered us advice on how to get the most out of our campaign.

Not a single thing, I'll definitely be using CAASie again for future OOH campaigns.

I've been working with the CAASie team for the past 8 months and have loved the interaction! They're responsive, agile and work incredibly well with my team to ensure our customers achieve the best possible results from their advertising campaigns.

There's not much constructive feedback to give. CAASie is an incredibly powerful addition to our own capabilities. Now, we not only design great advertising media, but we are now able to serve those ads anywhere from just down the road, to the middle of Times Square!

The software works if you want to create very, very, very basic ads. I cannot stress that enough. You can select the baords in the spot you want easily, set a budget etc. It's all very intuitive.

They control your creative to an extreme degree. This is to the point where unless you are advertising a direct sale, for example "Get 10% off" then you won't get your creatives approved. There is no room at all for any creativity. We have had creatives come back multiple times because they did not like the creative choices. I'm not even talking extreme things, they will reject your ad creative for almost anything unless it is direct marketing. There is no "Brand image" available with this service. This is to the point where it is only usable for a direct sale event. Otherwise, any "Branding" per say to build a brand image will just be rejected. This is to an extremely restrictive degree. I cannot stress this enough. You can basically only run ads like a catalogue out of the 1950s. Here is the item, here is the price. They won't let you get creative at all. Do not fund your account unless that is what your trying to achieve because any other campaign will not get passed them. They also have an insanely poor refund policy once you do fund the account. They are so restrictive in the creative, that it isn't even worth funding in my account. I'm not even talking about the board companies themselves (who can also reject your ad), i am specifically talking about CAASie.co.

The concept itself is excellent — affordable, self-serve access to national boards could be a game changer for small businesses. The idea of being able to manage out-of-home advertising through an online platform is appealing in theory.

Transparency is the biggest issue. In my case, I was charged for a campaign that recorded “no plays” in their own dashboard. I even verified this by standing at the board in person, confirming the ad did not appear. When I raised the concern, the response was not to investigate the gap between spend and delivery but to suggest I had misunderstood how the system works. I was given a refund but only framed as a goodwill gesture, not as recognition of a system flaw. This leaves the impression that there is no clear documented process when spend is deducted without delivery, which is worrying for any advertiser.
