Die Automatisierung von Geboten und Kampagnenstrukturen funktioniert zuverlässig und spart uns viel Zeit im Tagesgeschäft. Besonders hilfreich ist die Möglichkeit, Regeln individuell anzupassen und so flexibel auf Performance-Ziele zu reagieren. Auch die Übersichtlichkeit der Dashboards und die Integration mit Vendor und Seller Central sind starke Pluspunkte.
Cons:
Einige Funktionen könnten noch etwas intuitiver gestaltet sein. Teilweise sind bestimmte Einstellungen oder Auswertungen nicht sofort selbsterklärend, sodass eine kurze Einarbeitung nötig ist. Auch wäre eine tiefere Integration weiterer Datenquellen (z. B. externe Tracking-Tools) wünschenswert.

They were one of the first to have PPC automation for Amazon sellers. They had pretty robust software but were a little hard to operate. I have used them a few years ago, so I'm sure that by now they have made the UX much better. I will give them another try very soon because I have very good memories of this software.
Cons:
It was a bit difficult to operate. The UX was not so intuitive to use. But this was a few years ago.

Wir nutzen BidX für die Automatisierung der Gebote in manuellen Kampagnen. Außerdem erstellen wir in BidX Kampagnen, was deutlich schneller geht als auf Amazon. Es lässt sich sehr viel anhand von Regeln einstellen und automatisieren. Sehr gut gefällt mir auch das Scheduling. Also Kampagnen zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten oder Wochentagen zu deaktivieren.1 mal pro Monat haben wir ein Gespräch mit einem Account Manager, welcher für unser Feedback sehr offen ist und uns über Neuigkeiten in der Software auf dem Laufenden hält. Dies ist insbesondere sehr positiv.Insgesamt macht bidx als tool einfach viele Dinge live, die wir manuell nicht mehr erledigen könnten. Wir nutzen insgesamt nicht viele Tools, da wir gerne Dinge "selber bauen", von BidX sind wir aber überzeugt.
Cons:
Ich persönlich denke, dass das Dashboard noch etwas Spielraum nach oben hat. So viel ich weiß arbeitet Bidx aktuell daran.

BidX erleichtert einige Schritte des PPC Managements. Kampagnenstrukturen können z.B. auf mehreren Marktplätzen gleichzeitig erstellt werden, was viel Arbeit abnimmt.Das Core Feature von BidX, das Bid Management funktioniert auch gut und bis auf 1-2 Bugs, welche natürlich behoben wurden, habe ich hier dran nichts auszusetzen.
Cons:
Leider fehlt der Software noch einige sehr wichtige Features wie z.B. das automatische abschalten von Kampagnen, wenn der Lagerbestand niedrig wird.Zum Glück sind diese Features aber auch auf der Roadmap, weswegen ich mir hier langfristig auch keine sorgen mache.Das Dashboard könnte m.M.n. noch ausgebaut werden und eine Datenschnittstelle oder zumindest mehr Möglichkeiten für csv Exporte wäre auch ganz nett.
