About Gleantap

Gleantap is a marketing automation platform built for fitness clubs and studios. This solution works with existing systems to gather past/existing member data and uses AI to predict future behavior. With Gleantap, clubs can create automated campaigns that may increase visits, fill classes, upsell memberships, get more online reviews, reduce cancellations, regain former members, plus more.

Gleantap allows club employees to communicate with members via text messaging, email, or Facebook Messenger. The SMS marketing feature enables clubs to create personalized text campaigns based on member behavior/journey and incorporate auto-replies based on keywords found in incoming text messages. Additionally, clubs can use AI-powered chatbots to offer 24/7 support to existing members and engage prospects.

Pricing is billed per location on a monthly subscription basis. Support is available via phone and email. Gleantap integrates with Mindbody, CSI Spectrum, Hubspot, Shopify, and more.

Gleantap is an easy to use web-based platform with an array of advanced features that I’m excited to utilize to drive growth. Not to mention, the team has been proactive in answering both technical and marketing questions while consistently providing first class support.

Cons:

I did not get introduced to this software sooner.

Pros:

Gleantap is useful for our loyalty maintenance effords in our customer base and creation of brand awareness.

Cons:

Not offering a free trial period is a huge missing point of Gleantap, there needs to be a free trial period and it definitely should be a long one.

Excellent Account Service

We really enjoy Gleantap's commitment to evolving the platform based on the needs of their clients, but what’s impressed us the most is the level of service outside of the platform. As self-service platforms become everyday in this industry, having a team to help think through and execute campaigns is a game changer. We think of Gleantap as not only a powerful tool but an extension of our team.

The product is simple and intuitive while still providing all the capabilities found in much more expensive products on the market, and the ROI has exceeded my expectations. But above all, the 5-star customer service is what really sets them apart!

Cons:

Honestly, I have yet to find something that I don’t like about the product and service.
