Pros:

From initial onboarding to the first email, the team was extremely helpful. They assisted me with creating the template for the first email, walking me through the features, list integration to launch. We are very satisfied w/ the product, service and support team.

Cons:

Not much. It took me a little bit to get used to the platform but the team was helpful.

Hy-Lo News Loves Using Letterhead!

My overall experience has been great! The app is easy to use and if you have any issues the team gets back to right away. I couldn't even get in touch with a real person when we used Mailchimp. I love that I can speak to a human being when have questions or find what we need in FAQ.

Pros:

We at the Patch local news network have worked closely with Letterhead over the past couple of years to create a critical monetization engine for one of our most exciting new products. They've been the best kind of partner — striving to understand our needs, extremely attentive and quick to respond, and building for the future. Their ad platform for newsletters is working very reliably for our use case, and the interface makes things easy for us. Couldn't have done it without them!

Cons:

Like all platforms, including our own, Letterhead has bugs and issues that come up, which can be a pain. However, seeing as that is almost inevitable, we couldn't be happier with the way they respond and troubleshoot and quickly resolve any issues that arise.

Pros:

As the owner of a small business, I have all the duties right now so I need all the help I can get. Letterhead's automated content is a really amazing and helpful feature because it keeps me from scouring the internet to come up with new recipes and other suggestions for utilizing my hot sauces. I am also notoriously horrible at anything tech, and the tracking features Letterhead has to let me know what my customers are shopping for is really helpful.

Cons:

As I mentioned above, I am not tech savvy at all, so having to use the computer in any capacity besides sending an email requires a lot of effort on my part.
