Hands down, Momencio is a state-of-the-art, game-changing app in lead capture and management. If you’ve hosted corporate events in the past, you are probably aware of the distress and the frustration of not just measuring but following up with the collected leads – let alone serving customized, personalized messages for them. It never ends, does it? Even if everything goes according to plan, on the day, you always get the notion that you don’t have the capacity or the tools to go beyond the surface and genuinely make the most of all the valuable insights you’ve gained about your audience, in the process. Enter Momencio. It just exceeded every expectation we’ve had and the frustration I was referring to now feels like an unpleasant but distant memory. There’s absolutely nothing that this marvel of an app cannot do! It doesn’t just streamline the collection process; it provides you with real-time information to engage with attendees, it enhances the salesforce team efforts by providing them with invaluable insights into event interactions, understanding not just who your quality leads are, but how they’ve interacted during the event as well!
Cons:
Can become too overwhelming at first - in my opinion, it offers too many features and we don't utilize some of them. Its interface is extraordinary but it does take time to familiarize yourself with it.

What my team and I enjoy most about Momencio, is the on-site lead capture and their always improving data enrichment capabilities. Also the endless ways to customize the assets and messaging for our new prospects to each show, in any region in the world we are operating. No matter where we are, we know we have the same level of support from the best team available to help us succeed.
Cons:
It is worth taking Momencio up on their offer to give guided directions and suggestions to bring out the best they have to offer. My learning curve time was greatly reduced just by listening and letting them show me how the software runs best.

The need for alternative options to data enrichment for leads at shows we are not exhibitors at at just walking. Customization for our expansive market coverage was also a big factor. Being able to give a personalized journey to the customer in a particular region in a particular market is giving us the edge over other companies. We have been looking for a software application that we can use to capture leads at trade shows or demos without paying for expensive at-event hardware and software. Capturing the lead data is very straightforward using your device's camera, and the lead data that Momencio gets through its AI data enrichment is really high quality. We also like its real-time email delivery to the prospect using its intelligent follow-up engine. We also get a 360° view of your prospect's engagement and make informed decisions for successful follow-ups. Our reps like knowing who to go to first!
Cons:
Some of the functionality requires you to push a lot of buttons to complete activities, which can be time-consuming during a trade event.

Momencio is the most complete sales enablement platform on the market; it gets the job done, which at the end of the day is higher conversion rates and more sales, automating the process and producing interactive content along the way.
Cons:
Takes some time to get used to its interface. It also offers so many features, it can get overwhelming, at first - that said the Momencio team was really hands-on and efficient whenever we needed them.

While other vendors offer similar services, what truly sets momencio apart is their exceptional team. From my first meeting with Manos, it was clear that his goal was my success with their product. Every interaction with the team has been outstanding. For instance, during an international conference, I reached out to momencio's support team with a question about updating the application on an iPad. Despite the time difference, they responded immediately.

Momencio's ability to send personalized emails immediately after a conference connection is not only a time-saver, but it enhances the connection to become more meaningful. My team and I feel that we are maximizing our networking potential in the moment and save hours if not days on post conference follow-up emails.
Cons:
The business card feature is great, but sometimes it isn't able to capture information correctly. However, the momencio team is so supportive that when we shared this feedback with them, they offered to look back at all of the business card photos and cross check what is added into the contact details.

momencio is by far the best event lead capture and sales enablement tool we have ever used. The platform is flexible and easy to use, while at the same time allowing us to do things that we have not been able to do in the past. We have been using momencio since late last year and we have already been able to see how our events are performing and the ROI that it has generated. momencio also integrated seamlessly with our Salesforce CRM and HubSpot.
Cons:
There are no cons from my point of view.

If you’re looking for a tool that will effectively streamline how you work to boost your sales, look no further than Momencio. This app was created to make the most of every interaction your audience has with your brand, turning experiences into leads, and leads into sales. How did it transform how we work? Well, I am Head of Marketing at a renowned business consultancy firm. Due to the nature of my work, I’m frequently invited to presentations, corporate events, workshops, annual kickoffs, etc. Using Momencio enabled me to not just deliver more interactive presentations but actually “invite” my audience into real-time interaction, collecting leads on a landing asset designed especially for the keynote. Needless to say, that we had already connected Momencio with our CRM system - which was thrilling to watch if I am being honest in terms of how easy it is - and the rest is history! We can now leverage these events to the maximum!
Cons:
I struggled somewhat at first to navigate myself on the tool -there are so many features it can be overwhelming- but once you start utilizing it (and with the valuable help of the Momencio team) that was not an issue anymore.
