About Salesgenie

Salesgenie is a cloud-based lead generation software solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to prospecting, email marketing, customer retention and more. Salesgenie enables businesses to utilize customizable notes, tags and status icons to filter leads based on multiple criteria including industry, location, income, ZIP code and age. Salesgenie also provides marketing services for target mailing lists, email and direct mail campaigns, online data advertising, and search engine marketing.

Salesgenie lets businesses create and distribute search engine advertisements (SEA) across various platforms including Google AdWords, Yahoo! and Bing. Supervisors can use the sales management tools to assign leads and track sales activities, progress or productivity. Additionally, the multi-channel marketing tools let businesses profile customers, identify prospects and create email/direct mail campaigns, display and telemarketing advertisements.

    The quality of it's landing pages, as well as it's ability to monitor calls and emails, have both impressed me. The notification feature is especially useful because it notifies me whenever a form is completed. Furthermore, the phone links are seamless and recorded, allowing for easy review of previous conversations. I would strongly recommend this service to others.
    Cons:
    Despite the fact that I have no particular aversions, I find it difficult to read the reports due to my frequent travels. Nonetheless, whenever I contact them by phone or email, they respond quickly and clear up any confusion about the situation.

    Pros:
    Leads are easy to generate and can be searched and sorted down to very specific demographics. You can also register for the Do Not Call List and have access to phone numbers if people allow it. Those leads are great because we have the opportunity not only to send correspondence to a legitimate address with a person who would likely be interested in pre-planning their services but we also have the opportunity to follow up on the phone with those people.
    Cons:
    I do wish that their tracking methods were more intuitive for entering info about a lead.

    It was helpful once I was able to get comfortable with the software but, the free trial was over before I really got to use it heavily.

    There was almost too much information and found myself overloaded with information I'll never use.

    I only chose to use it for the free trial and then I went with Apollo because of the number of leads that were allowed.
