Customer support has been consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. The platform itself is very versatile and continues to evolve with new features and improvements, making it adaptable as my business grows and my needs become more complex.
Cons:
The main challenge has been limited integration capabilities with other platforms. While AestheticsPro works well on its own, stronger and more seamless integrations with accounting, marketing, and e-commerce systems would greatly improve workflow efficiency.

I did not have a very good experience with Vagaro, and I felt like they were up charging for everything.

Comprehensive and allows you to organize and collect info on patients all in one chart, record injections directly by drawing on an image, electronic intake and consent forms, online booking, client portal, loyalty points and membership capabilities, cloud based so you can access from anywhere.
Cons:
Sometimes the forms have glitches that don’t allow the clients to fill them out properly. Photo storing option is not the best.

AP is user friendly, affordable, and customer service is excellent. We also appreciate that AP is constantly working on making the software better. Furthermore, it's nice that AP regularly checks up on us to make sure that we are okay. Last but not least, the contemporary features like the patient portal that come with AP are very important for us to stay competitive.
Cons:
1.Picture uploads could be easier. 2. It would be great if we could make changes to an invoice on a later day if needed. 3. The commission structure to be more flexible. We pay commission on net profit. That option is not available in AP. 4. It would be nice if we could scan our forms into AP instead of building them from scratch.

The pricing and features are better. For example, we were able to integrate prescription management with AP.

The Best Customer service. I have been using AestheticsPro for the past 7 years. I like many features.
Cons:
The AP Marketing Template is very difficult to use — it frequently creates errors and is very time-consuming. I’ve reported this multiple times, but nothing has changed. I’m also disappointed with the gift card feature. I would really like an actual gift card image that I can email to clients. Thank you for your attention to this.
