Wish I would of found Aesthetics Pro A LOT sooner.

It has been great. Having everything all in one is, patient files, forms, the ability to upload. This has been amazing so far. The training staff has been great to me and very patient.

I haven't found anything I don't like thus far. It's a challenge to learn a new system, but that is do to me and not being a very techie person.

Because Vagaro, as it helped me when starting my business, it does not have a lot of features that we need.

Aesthetics pro review

Great, easy to use and better than most of the other Med spas softwares out there. I demo’ed all of them. Their support is really the best.

Pros:

Comprehensive and allows you to organize and collect info on patients all in one chart, record injections directly by drawing on an image, electronic intake and consent forms, online booking, client portal, loyalty points and membership capabilities, cloud based so you can access from anywhere.

Cons:

Sometimes the forms have glitches that don’t allow the clients to fill them out properly. Photo storing option is not the best.

Best EMR software out there that won’t put you into bankruptcy.

Excellent. Wish I didn’t waste time on Aesthetics Record. This is light years ahead of that. I was booking through my website and their Book Now feature made it such a cleaner more polished and professional booking experience for my clients.

I’ve been using Aesthetics Pro and can confidently say their customer support is top-notch—quick, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated. The “Book Now” portal is absolute perfection—simple, clean, and professional. I’ve tried less expensive EMR options before, but this is one of those cases where you truly get what you pay for. Aesthetics Pro is incredibly intuitive, reliable, and thoughtfully designed. Honestly, I’m surprised it doesn’t cost more for what it delivers. The support alone is worth every penny—it’s a tremendous value for the price.

Cons:

There isn’t really anything I dislike about the software. It’s easy and user friendly. Clean and streamlined design. Forms management is a piece of cake.

Reasons for switching to AestheticsPro

I am a pretty tech savvy kinda person and found Aesthetics Record very difficult to manage, the flow was difficult, set up was a real hassle. I thought I was stuck with it as it’s so cheap. Glad I made the switch.

Cons:

The time was too short. i would prefer an hour session. I would like to log in and share my screen at the next training session.

The Best Customer service. I have been using AestheticsPro for the past 7 years. I like many features.

Cons:

The AP Marketing Template is very difficult to use — it frequently creates errors and is very time-consuming. I’ve reported this multiple times, but nothing has changed. I’m also disappointed with the gift card feature. I would really like an actual gift card image that I can email to clients. Thank you for your attention to this.

Staff took the time and make sure I was understanding how to navigate website. Meetings where recorded and I am able to reference to it when needed

It is a lot to take in at the beginning but when you have the right trainee and make sure to click around once training is done. It gets much easier
