StaffScheduleCare automatically calculates and enforces all policy rules for electronic employee time cards, streamlining time and attendance management. The employee self-service portal can boost employee engagement of any team by allowing employees to self-manage HR items for time-off and shift exchange/availability requests. Exceptional Product and Client Service!

The experience overall has been very good from initial exploratory talk to post-implementation service. Specifically, I can't say enough good things about the implementation! The SSC implementation team was very meticulous and well planned through each milestone. Training was excellent and very accommodating to the end user from the dedicated training with staff and providing an abundance of training material geared specifically to the organization. Definitely one of the best experience I had personally! My organization implemented SSC nearly two years ago and the client service continue to be top notch with a responsive and knowledgeable help desk. I also can't say enough about the SSC Client Care team. A few times, I needed urgent assistance and they went out of their way to provide much needed assistance despite the added challenge of a different time zone. To provide a bit of context, my organization is located on the West Coast and I have no affiliation with SSC nor am I being paid by them to write this review! If your organization is in the midst of sourcing a new Scheduling system, be sure to reach out to SSC!

To be frank, both the installation cost and ongoing pricing was considerably lower than the other alternatives. Another factor was the VP of Sales and Marketing at the time was very knowledgeable about the industry.
Reasons for switching to StaffScheduleCare
Amongst all the factors, the biggest determinant to make the switch is due to the flexibility of the product and the client service experience.

It has the potential to be an awesome program, but where there are still issues with the apps and how the support team still isn't 100% comfortable with the program, I find we have to do a lot of trial and error with reporting.

The staff is great, in getting back to you, "and creating things for you" rather than training, I know it's quicker but doesn't help me in learning. Knowledge is different with each CSR. Been here six months, and have not had anyone approach for training.
