Buena aplicación, con posibilidad de mejora, pero buena.

Aun no la tenemos en producción. Hemos hecho un pequeño despliegue a varios comerciales y lo tenemos en pruebas, pero la experiencia es buena.

Versatilidad. Capacidad de configuración. También ha sido (está siendo) muy buena la consultoría y servicios de implantación por parte de [CONTENIDO SENSIBLE].

Cons:

Desempeño de la aplicación en la versión Android: Controles no estándar y errores varios. Creo que no está a la altura de la solución de IOS. Otro punto negativo es el alto tiempo que tarda la sincronización ERP -> Backoffice de InaCatalog, o, más que eso, que durante el tiempo de integración en sentido ERP -> Inacátalog no puedan existir descargas de pedidos Inacátalog -> ERP.

Facilidad en el uso, todo en el mismo programa , seguimiento de ofertas pedidos y clientes. La posibilidad de añadir documentacion al producto , ficha tecnica, video, imagenes, etc...

Me gustaria poder configurar el documento de pedido, quitando alguna linea y conectividad con analisis de datos

Inacatalog es una herramienta comercial muy completa y eficaz y sobre todo intuitiva, y nos ha ayudado a mejorar la gestión de ventas de nuestra empresa. Puedes enseñar el catálogo digital de productos a los clientes, tomar pedidos de forma rápida y sencilla, integrarlos con nuestro ERP y hacer un seguimiento de los objetivos comerciales. Inacatalog funciona tanto online como offline, lo que nos permite trabajar en cualquier lugar y situación. Mejora la optimización de los tiempos y los costes, reduciendo errores y aumentado la satisfacción de nuestros clientes. Desde mi punto de vista, las empresa que quieran mejorar el rendimiento y la eficacia de su red comercial debería de apostar por una app como esta.

Cons:

creo que se debería mejorar el tema de los reportes de visita aumentando más campos.

UNA HERRAMIENTA TOP

La implantación de la herramienta en nuestro equipo comercial nos ha permitido mejorar sustancialmente los resultados en ventas. Los comerciales se sienten muy cómodos con la aplicación y comentan que han ganado en agilidad a la hora de gestionar a sus clientes. Valoran muy positivamente el acceso inmediato a toda su la información que necesitan para su labro comercial tanto de clientes como de productos.

Es una herramienta fácil de instalar, con una muy buena curva de aprendizaje y que permite una gran autonomía al equipo comercial.

Cons:

En algunas ocasiones (muy pocas veces) ha generado errores en la conexión con el ERP. En estos casos se ha resuelto de forma sencilla restaurando la BBDD.

El equipo humano y proximo que hay detras de la herramienta. Por otro lado la plataforma está siempre actualizada. Es una herramienta muy intuitiva.

Cons:
