Overall, MMS has always been extremely user-friendly and has all the tools I need, plus the ones I didn't know I needed, and is constantly adding more functionality. It's incredibly powerful, and a one-stop shop to streamline my business and make everything run smoothly and professionally.

It makes me look organized! It adds professionalism to my business. It saves me countless hours in bookkeeping, redundant parent communication, & record keeping. Customer service is over the top fantastic!

MMS is such an invaluable resource! I love that I can upload and organize all of my audio files and PDFs for students in the online resource section; my website for enrolling students was easy to build and maintain; invoicing and setting up autopay is A DREAM COME TRUE that was a total game changer for my studio. The calendar and scheduling lessons for multiple locations and teachers is so easy. Parents having access to the student portal with all of its features is such a beautiful asset that makes parents feel like they are getting a wonderful bonus service, beyond just their lessons. I also really love being able to post important emails as news/blog posts in their student portals so that the information is readily, easily accessible at all times! I am also so incredibly impressed with the company’s tech support and the way that they listen to all of us teachers and are continually improving the program to meet OUR needs in the best ways possible!! They also provide all sorts of free worksheets, social media plans, cheat sheets for parents to use the program effectively, and so much more!! I have never once regretted my decision to use MMS and I want every music teacher (even if you just teach by yourself from home) to use this program!!! It will make your life easier and make you automatically appear more professional to your students and their families!! Just do it!! You won’t regret it!!

Overall if I was a small studio or a solo teacher who needed an easy way to manage lessons then I would have stuck with this program to manage my studio. If you want to grow and have super automation for registration then this is not it.

So far it has made my admin work way easier, I can finally keep track of who payed & who hasn’t, and I no longer have to individually make invoices every month.

Excellent, I wish I’d started using it sooner! It’s made my life running a piano teaching studio much easier and saves me a lot of time doing admin.

I'm really glad I've started using My Music Staff to keep all of my student activity in one place. There are some features that I still haven't used, but will definitely take advantage of when I have the time!
