Awesome Incident Management

I couldn't be happier with All Quiet! The staff is super responsive and immediately answers all my questions. They are also extremely open to suggestions and improvements and have created several features that I needed for my organization.

Pros:
The Payload Mapping feature is something that I've not found in any other incident management system. All Quiet allows me to massage incoming payloads using XPath, JSONPath, and RegEx to extract the important information and create a completely custom notification. This really helps with unstructured payloads such as those from AWS CloudWatch Alarms.
Cons:
The built-in integrations are growing but are not quite as rich as some of the competition.

Reasons for switching to All Quiet

All Quiet is cheaper, easier to use, and creates better outcomes for my needs.

Vendor Response

Hey RIchard, thank you so much for your kind review. We are proud to be working with you and your team!

Simple and Powerful - The new contender in Incident Management

The team behind All Quiet are fantastic, and the product is really well built. I am betting they will become one of the big players before long. They've got the team and product to pull it off.

Pros:
All Quiet nails the fundamentals of incident management. It's simple, effective, and thoughtfully built. Integrations are very easy to set up and customize, and alerting works as it should. The product is feature-rich without being bloated and handles things like Status Pages, all very reasonably priced for what you get. All Quiet's team are highly responsive to feedback, and it shows in the polish.
Cons:
On-call rotations could still use some refinement, but honestly, no one does this part particularly well. They don't have SOC 2 yet, but ISO 27001 is in progress. Great to see them prioritize this and aim for completion this year.

Reasons for choosing All Quiet

Simple, feature-rich, integrated, but without bloat. Reasonable pricing. Responsible to feedback.

Vendor Response

Hi Igor, we are absolutely flattered! Thank you so much for this awesome review and being a much valued customer!

Pros:
Built in reverse proxy for https custom domain with easy setup, simplistic status page and the countless integrations. Simple manual incident and maintenance management that enables our customers to know the status of our services as well as automatic incident creation for customer facing applications removing the need to manually update the status page if your process allows.
Cons:
For us we really only needed the status page with manual incidents and maintenance as well as a few monitoring of sites/apps we have however the product is an incident management system first so I think it would be a neat idea to offer just a status page and site/app monitoring solution with a more limited interface to make the use of only those 2 features easier, less noisy.

Reasons for choosing All Quiet

Pricing was our main reason, while better stack had a cleaner easier to navigate interface their pricing for what we needed wasnt cheap enough.

Reasons for switching to All Quiet

They were moving to a paid model and they never supported the use of https custom domains without implementing our own reverse proxy

Pros:
- Great configuration of inbound integrations via intuitive JSON request mapping to fields - Very responsive support, with dedicated onboarding calls - Much less expensive than competitors like ilert - What makes it even less expensive: AllQuiet allows "organization users" that are not billed but can see and configure everything (only those users who are part of an on-call rotation with notifications need to be billed) - No downtimes / technical issues thus far - Although they focus on incident management, AllQuiet includes a basic set of monitoring features, e.g., Ping monitors and HTTP status monitors, rendering other services (like UptimeRobot) obsolete
Cons:
- HTML in inbound messages are not well-formatted yet - Comments on incidents cannot be edited - The preconfigured Azure inbound integration is only for metrics, lacking documentation for how to set up, say, Azure Resource Health alerts or Azure Service Health alerts

Reasons for choosing All Quiet

Much less expensive, while having feature parity

Vendor Response

Thank you so much for the awesome review!

Pros:
All Quiet has all the features needed for a professional incident management, is mostly easy to use and support is super fast. Beside of that the pricing model is very fair.
Cons:
Some of the advanced features could be better documented. The incident synchronization with other tools via webhooks can be a little tricky.

Reasons for choosing All Quiet

Jira Service Management is much harder to configure than All Quiet and significantly more expensive.

Cons:
The 'feel' of the UI, technically everything works but where and how to configure things are less straightforward.

For integration enthusiasts, this is a real treat. It's perfectly suited for users who rely heavily on connecting different services. By Bohdan Lukianets / Co-Founder bohdan.AI
Cons:
There are some minor layout/UI issues and small quirks, like the time zone being locked to a 24-hour format with no customization options. Additionally, it could benefit from more verification methods and security layers (though I suspect these enhancements are already in development). By Bohdan Lukianets / Co-Founder bohdan.AI

Pros:
- Straightforward, comprehensible, model of routing requests. - Required standard integrations for inputs and outputs, with some level of customisation. - A sensible on-call system integrated as well. - An amazingly responsive dev team.
Cons:
Still lacking some nice features; but to be honest the major requirements have now been added. A slight niggle is that the GCP test alert (the 'test this alert' button in GCP) didn't work properly, which temporarily confused me - this was because the test alert does not have a severity level.

Vendor Response

Hey Ben, as always, thank you so much for your feedback! Really appreciate it! Unfortunately, some of the test alerts payloads don't deliver all required attributes to create an incident in All Quiet when triggered from the a 3rd party (the integrations) website. That's why we flag this in each integration' documentation. Nevertheless, we agree & understand it's a bit confusing. Your All Quiet Team
