Wonderful Product!

Wonderful experience overall! Our auction was a big success and we had absolutely no glitches the night of the event. Support was available to us during our event and after hours, but we didn't even need to use them. All of our auction winners found it very easy to pay for their auction wins, and Text2Bid made it easy to see who had a balance and needed payment reminders. We can't wait to use this for our next big event!

Pros:

The support from everyone at Maestrosoft Text2Bid was very impressive from day one with our Account Executive to our Tech Support. The instructions to set up our auction were very user-friendly, and everything was so easily built into the software, that there wasn't much to think about except adding our auction items and setting up our registration windows.

Cons:

There isn't much not to like, but if I had to write about one con, it would only be the item images. It would be nice if they included a feature to make the items larger for people to view them clearly, as well as add an option to include more than one image for an auction item. However, this did not affect how successful our auction was because of Text2Bid!

Reasons for choosing Text2Bid

The options available in the pricing plans were better suited to our needs, and the prices overall were less expensive. We were able to customize a plan that worked best for our event without any unnecessary extras.

I've used Text2Bid several years ago and it was great then. Three years later, I used it for a different organization and they have made several upgrades that made it even better. Thanks to this software, we doubled the amount of money raised going from old-school paper silent auction to a Text2Bid auction. 10/10.

My overall experience with Text2Bid was a positive one. It seemed that our bidders had an easy time getting registered, and appreciated the seamlessness between our live and silent auctions.

I really liked the easy integration and setup for our employees, volunteers, donors, partner agencies, and others that were interested in our auction. It was simple to load all of our items on the platform and change them whenever needed.

Cons:

One thing I liked least about the software was the initial setup because my team and I had difficulties, and it was a little cumbersome to get ahold of customer support to get the kinks worked out.

This was our second year using Text2Bid mobile bidding for our Auction & Take-Home Dinner, and it wa
