About Manitou

Manitou is a security system installer software that helps businesses create customizable dashboards and monitor alarms. The platform offers a customer wizard module, which enables managers to handle data entry processes.

Administrators can utilize logical step-by-step instructions and action patterns to manage alarms on a unified interface. Manitou allows dispatchers to monitor RAM usage and CPU percentage and reorganize content based on space availability using dynamic screens. Additionally, supervisors can gain insights into the signal queue, database usage, status counts and more on a centralized dashboard.

Manitou offers an application programming interface (API), which lets stakeholders integrate the system with several third-party applications including Aeonix. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and an online contact form.

Pros:

Manitou is easily the easiest & most user friendly monitoring software I've ever had the privilege to use. Not only was it's implementation as seamless as possible, but the support we've received from the Mantiou team is second to none. Many features are currently available in the software to allow customization on a customer/dealer/global level; its abilities are unparalleled.

Cons:

No huge cons but I do get frustrated when certain shortcuts or keys can be used for certain commands within certain areas of the software, but aren't able to be used in other parts. Nothing really worth mentioning.
