Manitou is a security system installer software that helps businesses create customizable dashboards and monitor alarms. The platform offers a customer wizard module, which enables managers to handle data entry processes.

Pros:
Manitou is easily the easiest & most user friendly monitoring software I've ever had the privilege to use. Not only was it's implementation as seamless as possible, but the support we've received from the Mantiou team is second to none. Many features are currently available in the software to allow customization on a customer/dealer/global level; its abilities are unparalleled.
Cons:
No huge cons but I do get frustrated when certain shortcuts or keys can be used for certain commands within certain areas of the software, but aren't able to be used in other parts. Nothing really worth mentioning.
