DevSpec is an easy-to-use web application that enables the whole team and any project stakeholders to collaborate on product requirements. With this solution, anyone can access and contribute directly to any requirement definition. The system is flexible enough to cater for more formal Enterprise-type definitions or a more agile, user story-based approach while giving everybody a voice in terms of adding comments or supporting documents. Requirements changes can be implemented, triggering email notifications flagging those updates with escalation rules and prompting for responses. It’s also possible to view the total price tag of each change made to a requirement or define policies for approving expenditure on changes.
