About FleetMaster

FleetMaster is a cloud-based fleet management solution for businesses that handle short- and long-term vehicle rental and lease as well as truck rental. Key features include vehicle management, customer management, GPS tracking, invoice creation, work order and maintenance planning, cost tracking and business reporting.

FleetMaster is able to provide financial overviews of each vehicle at any time by keeping track of financing information, insurance records, costs and claim files. Detailed vehicle information is accessible through the interactive map in the track-and-trace module, which shows each vehicle's current location and its historical rides. Users are able to get an overview of driven distances and stops made in a specific timeframe, immobilize vehicles with suspicious activity or increase the efficiency of fleets through optimal routing.

Users can create customizable offers with automated pricing calculations and convert them to agreements. The solution can also generate a variety of business and financial reports including revenue, vehicle performance and profitability, custom KPIs and business costs.

Easy Use Fleetmaster

Pros:

Previously we worked with several XL sheet to organize our Car Rental Business. For each section of our proces we had a seperate XL sheet. We hade an XL sheet for our clientdatabase, one for the agreement itself, one for accountancy, one for damage report, one for maintenance, one for the planning,... So for every aspect for the car rental business we had an XL Sheet. With Fleetmaster we have now ONE online tool which we can manage all our business in one tool and the most important of all we have a very good BI tool. With correct analysis we can make the necessary steps to make changes if needed. This is the operational part. We also needed to built an API with our bookkeeping systems and als here we have find a very quick solution. We manage everything in one tool but most import of all we manage it wherever we want...

Cons:

The only thing we missed at the start is a correct BI tool. But after one small meeting last year they implemented the new feature very quickly. Great service!

The start of something special.

The system has allowed our business to form a stable platform to which we can build upon. With the help of both the FleetMaster technicians and our own internal IT team we've managed to create a well structured system and provide a better user experience for the entire team.

The software package allowed us to have information in one east to use location. Combining a number of manual daily tasks into a more streamlined and business efficient end product.

Cons:

There are always ways too improve any system and with the help and guidance of the team we continue to explore these avenues.

Pros:

We've been using the software for a little bit more than a year now and we love it. The interface that's easy to use, the functions that are available and the flexibility of the software make this one of the best products on the market. We use it daily with multiple users and never worked so efficient as we do now. It's very easy to use, can be personalised if necessary. With other words we love it. We tried other products as well but none of them gave us the flexibility and functions as this one.

An innovative software tool which combines a fleet management tool with a lot of extra features which is cost and time saving!

Cons:

It's a software tool in full development. This makes that not all the features are completely developed. On the other hand, the support team does a great effort to develop the tool and the extra features as you want.

its a fast growing software solution, and therefor is it not totally 'grown up' yet. Nice to haves are not included yet, but they are willing to include this as well.
