About Nitro PDF

Nitro Pro is a cloud-based PDF solution that helps businesses create, edit, share and sign essential documents from any device. It provides various PDF editing capabilities, allowing users to convert common file types like Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents into searchable, editable PDFs. Nitro Pro enables essential PDF tasks such as redacting sensitive information, annotating with highlights and notes, and inserting hyperlinks, logos and bookmarks.

Additionally, it features integrated e-signing that enables users to complete forms and send documents for signatures directly from Outlook and Word. The most likely feature is editing part of this software. this is really helpful for all users. digital sign part is also awesome.

Cons:

Nothing least found yet in that application. there is no such demerits applicable for Nitro till now.

Pros:

I love how it lets me do whatever I want with pdfs. I love its editing and notes and highlight in every color. I can even change words on the actual pdf!

Cons:

I don't have any complaints, I really really love it.

Reasons for switching to Nitro PDF

I didn't like the previous one. This one has more funcionalities. ALso, I found it on Setapp and decided to try.

A great addition for any office.

It has really improved the efficiency of how we work - can combine documents in finder rather than open doc which saves at least an hour a day im sure.

I couldn't do my day to day work tasks without Nitro pro - its so easy to edit and combine documents and with the signing we have been able to cancel our costly signing program subscription too . Superior to Abode in my opinion.

Cons:

Its a little slow to start sometimes and can kick you out sometimes. Hoping for an update to fix this soon.

Best PDF software

I have been Nitro on a daily basis alomst 5 years now and found it an amazing software to convert, edit and merge files together. You can combine all types of files e.g. pdf, word, excell, etc. and get a single pdf file.

Fast and the Furious PDF software

Overall it's a great PDF reader and PDF tool, I generally did prefer it to the acrobat line of PDF products since it was an all in one solution.

Honestly the bulk file conversion feature cannot be stated how great that is being able to turn 50 word docs into 50 PDFs is magical.

Cons:

I would say the used interface (UI) is very clunky at times , if I don't use it in a while it's very easy to get lost or forget where a tool or control is

Easy of Use for manipulating documents and editing. Combing documents and/or adding items to make it more complete.

Cons:

Only thing that is annoying is that it tends to default to the app for all PDFs which is not necessary - not really due to Nitro!

It eliminates hours of work where previously a pdf document was much more difficult to edit or work on, now everything is simpler

Pros:

This tool is all I need to be able to better manage my pdf files, being able to edit, convert and merge them very quickly. Its price is quite cheap and it has many very useful resources. It is easy to use and you can start using it without having to undergo long training because its use is practically automatic

Cons:

Since I have used Nitro Pro I have not had any kind of problem, everything has worked correctly
