Hone - a great management training tool

Overall this was a great program, that although it was delivered in a group setting, was very personalized and thorough.

Pros:

I liked the personal coaching and small group size. The content and delivery were spot on, and I fell like I got back exactly what I was looking for with this program.

Cons:

The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been some additional follow up sessions, maybe 3-6 months post deployment.

Pros:

The sessions are realistic and relatable. The facilitator are accommodating and provided real life scenarios. It allows breakout for application and then discussion.

Cons:

I guess due to time constraint there are not much application.
