The software is cloud based, so it can be accessed at any time, from anywhere using any device (desktop, tablet and mobile phone), no installation is required.

Its basic features such as client-, document-, project-, and workflow-management supplemented by innovative solutions like the fully automated invoice processing, a finance module with budgeting and forecasting functions and profit and loss statements. The controlling module offers users and management real time information about cash-flow, a wide range of reports and analytics with visual aids, charts and diagrams. The main Dashboard can also be fully customized for users with the relevant information according to their eligibility and access right levels. Some really forward looking features make the platform a unique solution in its category. The e-contracting module offers an entirely digital process from quotation to the signing of the contracts with eIDAS compliant e-signature. Deals between the parties can be done even without the need for a personal meeting, as an integrated remote identification service can be launched directly from the platform for AML and KYC purposes. There is a customer portal for clients, with access to their tasks and projects, documents, invoices or contracts directly, without the need of contacting help-desk or support center. It also reduces the dependency on telephonic or email communication, and all messages exchanged on the portal are directly attached to clients' live tasks and projects. The HR module - besides the basic employee related and onboarding functions - offers an e-learning system to deliver learning in a user-friendly and engaging way, a simple and intuitive system that focuses on learning implementation rather than passive learning consumption. Adamo also has an internal messaging and notification system, so users are not interrupted by application and information overload that normally creates chaos in a working environment. The platform is easily integrated with existing 3rd party software and applications. It is already integrated with Outlook and Exchange, so emails are diverted and attached directly to tasks, projects or clients. The Mailchimp integration provides a great opportunity to create and launch campaigns or send newsletters to clients directly from the CRM module. I enjoy that all relevant information is found in real time at the same place, linked to tasks, projects or clients. Collaboration with colleagues is simple and everyone has the latest version and most up-to date information of the projects. Automated workflows significantly reduce the time spent with repetitive tasks and the errors caused by humans are radically reduced. A tool that supports sustainable, entirely paperless operations with forward looking solutions such as e-signature and remote identification launched right from the platform.

At Adamo, we primarily use CRM functions and the related customer invoicing and vendor invoice registration.We have created a project template for presales and commercial processes, with internal regulation.We can keep good data set of the information and events of the contact process with customers (meeting notes, offer, contract, invoicing).We created customer segments with custom fields.The implementation was carried out in several stages, first we used it in a simple way and later we developed a more complex process. Over the years, many new functions have been added to the system. We involved some of them into our processes.
