Pros:

For our firm, we offer services to multiple countries, so cross-border payments are a necessity. AccountGroove has that buttoned down. Additionally, variable payment schedules make selling packages easier without worrying about tracking when payments are due. Manual and automatic payments are game-changing—no more following up on outstanding payments. Outstanding support!

Cons:

The app is new, so there are a few items to iron out, but the team is very responsive and open to listening to its users. There is a strong foundation and I'm looking forward to their ongoing development.

They offer an impressive client friendly experience, simplifying the journey from proposal to payments. AccountGroove automates everything, from the client accepting the proposal to capturing payments. The headaches and time AccountGroove resolves without spreading billing across multiple platforms, chasing down late payments, and all tied into 1 platform is a dream.

Allowing your leads and clients to select a package set of services is a game charger. We use to send multiple engagements back and forth that weren't ideal for our sales process. The product is well designed without unnecessary features keeping the process very straightforward compared to its competitors. Once we uploaded all proposals we just monitored our billing and watched the payments come through!

Cons:

Cant think of anything at the moment. The team is very quick to handle anything that comes up and turns around feature requests almost immediately!

How the proposals are set up to drive more sales and the amount of time it saves our team. Once you automate your billing flow you’ll be shocked how much time is wasted billing manually that could be used to create revenue.

Cons:

We had a lot of existing engagements on another platform that I wasn't sure how they could transfer over. It was a relief that one of their staff was able to immediately onboard us and get our billing moving ASAP.
