Process Management game changer

Our initial issue was a clear way to structure our work that was being managed on multiple spreadsheets, and make our communications to the customer clear and consistent. It didn't take long before we realised how much more potential Liberty Create offered us, and others in our business. The customer service we have received has been second to none, the Netcall team always listen to your concerns, and work with you to achieve your desired outcomes. I've always recommended the product to anyone who requires support in developing their processes, and exploring the world of automation.

Pros:

How easy the product is to adjust for users means that your not waiting for long times to get the changes you need that impact those actually doing the work. No major previous knowledge required, it's a product that can be picked up by anyone who enjoys working in a logical way.

Cons:

It's very difficult to say what I least like about the software. I say this because anytime I raised a concern or wishlist item, it was taken and considered by the Netcall team. I am always kept up to date through the fantastic Netcall community.

Liberty Create, creates apps faster

Very good. Support is always on hand. The forum and app share are active, so we can collaborate on solutions and share what we build.

Pros:

Having used a few low code solutions, Liberty Create has the most features, and is the easiest to use. The code studio and themepacks make it as flexible as any other software platform. We can make applications 10 times quicker than regular coding.

Cons:

There are no drawbacks to using Liberty Create once you have the skills to use th code studio to fill any gaps in out of the box features.

Cost, and ease of development. They have a growing ecosystem of supporting products too

Cost and speed of development. Wider pool of staff to choose from, not limited by programming languages.

Easy to use, Compatible with Sap and Etabs. Still the Dos version is available

Cons:

the old interface was difficult for layout and griding, which improved.

Great for quickly developing complex applications.

Pros:

Can develop line of business applications quickly. Plenty of integration options. Able to use Javascript to access much of the functionality. Actively developed with regular improvements.

Cons:

Documentation is patchy in some places. Unable to use external versioning control such as git. Helpdesk ticketing system could do with an update.

Sevenoaks review of Create 2025

Our overall experience has been very positive. We've managed to migrate a lot of old forms and systems into Create with very few setbacks along the way. The functionality available has enabled digital transformation for the customer journey and delivered process efficiencies for most services across the council in a relatively short space of time.

Pros:

There are very few limitations to Liberty Create, it seems to be able to accommodate most of the things we’ve thrown at it. Anything is possible, it is just a case of finding out which is the best way to design it. Our services are impressed at the speed with which we can implement change to their processes using Create, and the speed at which we can tweak things if needed. The Netcall support team are great, extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues. We have mentoring sessions when we need it, which is very helpful to fill in gaps in our knowledge. The learning resources and support are easy to access.

Cons:

There are a few elements that are set in stone because of the way certain settings are configured, and it is not easy to know how/where to change these. It can feel a bit overwhelming once you’ve finished training and then you’re on your own, so to speak, but we’ve found that this is when to use regular Netcall mentoring sessions to support staff that are new to Create.

We have been able to continuously enhance the systems we have developed and the team at Netcall are responsive and engaged in ensuring our needs are met wherever necessary. We have a strong emphasis on delivering bespoke systems that reflect our branding guidelines and provide a seamless, efficient experience for our customers. The Liberty Create platform supports us in achieving this, offering the flexibility and functionality needed for us to meet these standards of service design.

Pros:

The Liberty Create software has transformed the way we develop and deploy applications. The intuitive tools for building forms, search pages and user interfaces and the ability to build prototypes quickly enables us to launch systems and processes in an iterative way. The ability to fully customise our interfaces allows us to align all our processes and systems with our brand architecture. This brings a cohesive user experience across all our applications.

Cons:

The version control and change management capabilities is an area for improvement. Currently, the Liberty Create system lack the granularity needed to effectively separate instances, which can make tracking changes and rolling back to previous iterations more difficult.

Digital Service Manager

We use Create as a case management system for our operational functions, its rule’s engine for automation and service level monitoring, allows us to rapidly build new business applications, both for internal and external users. This gives us a good oversight of all cases.

Pros:

Using its drag-and-drop interface, Liberty Create provides all the components needed to build, deploy and improve business applications, without coding. As a Low-code platform, it’s enabled Scottish Forestry to drive digital transformation faster, better and more collaboratively.

Cons:

Out of the box, Create as a low code platform does a lot but has its limitations in certain areas. However, with code studio, this is easily resolved.
