Very positive with respect to my use case, which is mainly data entry from a project delivery perspective. I have limited user experience from the tracking and maintenance of information side.

General usability and the ability to log critical, sometimes timebound, information in an easy manner.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be difficult to find things if you are an infrequent user and need to refresh yourself. Perhaps the UX could be improved to minimise this.

CS-VUE user review

My experience is limited to (overseeing) condition compliance for existing consent information. I don't add or update any new consents or conditions etc. We use it as a Supplier/Contractor to the consent holder to help manage their compliance.

Pros:

It is (generally) user-friendly. Easy to log in to.

Cons:

Extracting reports is not very intuitive, particularly at a higher level (e.g. more than just individual consent/document level). Visual quality of document/consent level reports seems to disappear when PDF'd/printed, so become difficult to read. That may be a web-browser issue, but I haven't noticed it from other applications.

I like how easy is to use it and the fact that give you reminders of when the conditions should be addresed

Cons:

the report is quite simple and not very helpful when you need to write a summary of what you have been doing during the year

Not being allocated to a site I'm in charge of for sign offs & having to send details to my manager all the info to attach
