Easy to use and does exactly what you need! :)

Overall I've had a good experience. It's given me exactly what I needed so I'm happy. As above I think monthly billing options should be available for those only needing to use short term.

The ease of use. It was a very simple survey program. I've tried others before and this one was definitely the best one.
Cons:
SurveyHero needs a longer free trial. I also think there should be the option for monthly billing as I will only need to use for a limited time, however longer than the 30 days.

Reasons for switching to SurveyHero

No free trial and yearly billing when I only needed to use for a month. I also couldn't generate a QR code to share with others.

today is my first time to use but i found i need to pay for the skip logic function so I'm trying to verify a student account to get unlimited functions.

If a reversal function can be applied that would be better. Because sometimes i delete the questions by accident and then i have to create again.

I haven't used it much yet but so far it seems to have everything I need like skip logic and unlimited number of questions and responses. I will see what the student version has once it is approved.

So far this program seems to do what I need it to do. I haven't had much chance to use it yet so I can't give a very good review yet. I do like that it has a free version for students.
Cons:
So far, the only con I have found is that it isn't free but if I get the student version approved, then it will be.

It’s my first time using SurveyHero. And I wouldn’t want to go back to the previous data collection tools and platforms. It’s very easy and convenient to use and I like the customization feature in it.
Cons:
I have not have a full use of SuperHero, so I am not sure it has the condition option embedded in the kobotool as an in-built feature. If it’s not then it’s very necessary it’s introduced in the next update

Pros:
It's so easy to use, has a bunch of various question types that I need for my questionaires. In comparison to other questionaire tools I find SurveyHero the best solution.
Cons:
I would prefer an additional question type or text field restriction "only allow time input" for daily diary entries

The free plan just wasn’t enough for what I wanted to do, making a survey link needs a paid account, and I didn’t see any student discount options
