RoadFlex is a Visa Business Card and expense management platform built for growing fleets. It grants full visibility and control over fuel, fleet and other work-related expenses.

[1] Save an average of 11% in fuel costs the first year you switch to RoadFlex. Enjoy competitive discounts at all fuel stations nationwide, and 1% for all non-fuel expenses.

[2] Achieve 360-degree data connectivity: Integrate with your existing telematics software, fleet management software and accounting tools of choice.

Great customer service. Customer service rep called me back even before I talked with anyone as my phone dropped the call.

Cons:

In my honest option there really is not anything wrong with roadflex. I do wish they had an admin app to view the dashboard in the app.

Easy dashboard ,great customer service Multiple cards for employees. Helps keep track of spending as well.

Cons:

I found out you cannot use this card card for Zelle , Pay pal and a few other things. Fee to activate card.

Poor Experience

Very poor overall customer experience. Beware of alot of upfront promises. If you have a p[problem with billing, be prepared to spend some time getting a solution

the sales people were nice and promised the cards would be easy to use and flexible and we explained how we needed them to be set up, but they still did not perform as we needed them to.

Cons:

It was just for gas, we could not get customer support to help us get the cards opened up for other purchases if we wanted to do so We could not get our banks ACH process to pay Roadflex and after two different banks tried to make it work, with both saying it was on Road Flex's side we tried unsuccessfully to contact their accounting department with no follow thru when we made contact. It seemed like that department was contracted out of the country. Only as of late they said they would take a check but with a fifty dollar process fee. They do not take credit cards.

When I first started using Roadflex it was kind of a learning curve getting to know the website but once you get it, understood how to load the card and the monthly fees Everything go from there very simple very good platform that I would definitely recommend to others.

I most likely love the ease of use that Roadflex provides the expense management is great when trying to scale a small business, such as mines.

Cons:

When me and my team first started using road flex it was a learning curve that we had to get used to the maintenance keeping up with the different card numbers and not knowing where we could get service and use the card

Roadflex is the best! Since I’ve been a customer, I am extremely impressed and proud to be apart of this company! Great customer service, fast issue solving, and I love being able to use my fleet card for all my business expenses besides fuel. I rate their business 11 out of 10. Great organization to work with!

I have no dislikes! All positive things! I’ve had no negative experience with Roadflex.
