What I like most about cmercury are the modules they have developed for email marketing like list cleaning and the audience segmentation tool. This greatly improves the ROI of email marketing over off-the shelf products like Mailchimp. I am also very happy with the quick, friendly and efficient service they provide.

Cons:

They already use AI for subject line generation. It would be great if they could expand the use of AI to other aspects of email marketing. I also think they should expand beyond email marketing to incorporate CRM technologies. It would also help if they can integrate social media posting within their suite of digital media portfolio.
