    Entry level product for the scrappy retail startup

    You get what you pay for! Low costs and solid functionality, but at the expense of common bugs and issues. We'll stay on Teapplix since we have an in-house technical team, but look forward to upgrading to ChannelAdvisor or something more enterprise in nature.

    Pros:
    It's dirt cheap for a working Order Management System. Low cost monthly charges provide a portal where you can link your accounting software to various retail platforms including Amazon FBA or FBM, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, etc. You can dropship orders from eBay to Amazon FBA with the click of a button, or select to fulfill them locally.
    Cons:
    This software breaks very, very often and is fairly non-intuitive. Be prepared for endless troubleshooting and poorly designed UIs. If you try to call support, they're fairly unhappy you called. Email support seems okay, but there's a lag in response time, of course.

    Its a relatively simple layout, and it links to Quickbooks and WooCommerce for easy order management and book keeping.
    Cons:
    The search functions can be cumbersome and hard to navigate. There are a ton of different fields available to search, but only a few of them are relevant when you need to search a customers order. Cancelling orders and updating their status was confusing to figure out. I had to search for a help guide to find the cancellation button on orders. They need to make the menu easier to navigate for common order requests.

    Not the best thing in the world...

    Not the best. I started at a company that was using this software and I eventually convinced them off of it. Unfortunately, it just wasn't for our business model. It might be for yours, so at least give it the free trial and check it out.

    What I liked about it was that - eventually - the orders did end up getting shipped out. Putting aside the getting there, they did get out.
    Cons:
    It's SO user unfriendly.. I wanted to like it but if you plan on growing as a company to more than 5-10 orders a day, this is not the software for you. Very manual

    This is a great product for sellers on various marketplaces to manage orders, print shipping labels, manage inventory and automatically export out the orders to QuickBooks - the product is extremely powerful and what a great price!!! Unlimited users - that's almost unheard of in a world of $xx per seat along with free technical support that connects you to live people!!
