Pros:

This career and recruitment portal makes my office staff's interviewing process so easy and convenient. With CATS you can list your jobs on all of the Job Boards, interview, send automated emails to prospective employees and applicants. CATS has tutorials and shortcuts so that you can educate yourself on the many options CATS has to offer to make your hiring process easier!

Cons:

I would like to get emails from them regarding updates to the software.
