The experience started well. We liked the support team and help we were getting initially. Over the year, the help dwindled, and support team was restricted from providing as much help. Things changed to SOW instead of bug fixes. Costs rose through the roof as a result. There is extremely poor communication on statuses and when projects will be started or completed. Transparency is not ProShip's strong suit. Multiple SOW's have been lost or forgotten in communication between support teams and our account rep causing delays getting started. We had 10/10 support when it was owned/operated under CMS, but since joining ProShip the support has fallen greatly.
