TMP is A Fantastic Resource For IDD Programs

Great! I have been with TMP since they started. I used it as an HCS provider in the past and now I use it to provide QA services for many clients in my consulting business.

Pros:

TMP is super friendly, with great tech support. TMP addresses all facets of the provider's day to day needs for their IDD program to help them stay in compliance and run efficiently. For example: HR employee onboarding, staff training, task scheduling, client admission process, creating objectives and tracking progress, scheduling medical appointments, tracking nursing delegations, creating physician's orders and MARs with pharmacy interface, reports to assist with tracking utilization, tracking other info for cost reports and billing logs and so much more.

Cons:

Would really like them to change the CNA format to match the CNA form the state recommends using- 8584. I would them to improve the process to imput IP objectives. It is a bit cumbersome.

I love TMP

The more you use it, the more you love it. I was intimidated at first, but now...I cannot imagine not using it for my daily tasks. Get a good trainer

Pros:

Almost everything that I work on is in TMP. It is very easy to share the information with staff. The MAR and Medical Records as well as SDL's are easy to use and train on.

Cons:

Training library can be cumbersome. Having to renew medication orders one at a time.

Paperless, the calendar the easy access support you receive from IT when needed.

Cons:

I really don’t have any Complaints, I do wish that it had more Medical content in some of the service delivery log

TMP’s ease of use. It gives me as a provider every tool I need to ensure the best quality care for our individuals. They have amazing customer service and are attuned to current economic and regulatory climate for each state.
