We are implementing Leaptree product, and it's going to be a game-changer for our company. The product is incredibly efficient and accurate in calculating commissions for our complex commission plans. It will streamline our processes and saved us a significant amount of time and effort.

Excellent set of Features along with the ability to design EOP's around our complicated Commissions process.

Cons:

There are no dislikes but do ensure that you have a clean dataset and a good understanding of what you need before trying to implement. This will help your implementation go smoothly!

Handles complex comp plans with ease

So far excellent!! We have been able to calculate our sales executives' comp automatically and the transparancy has been excellent!

Integration with Salesforce and the transparancy provided to sales executives. It also handles out complex plans with ease

Cons:

It took a little longer to implement than I would have thought, and the UI isn't the greatest. However, on the UI side, they are hamstrung by the Salesforce UI (which isn't great) and we were willing to trade tight integration with Salesforce for the UI benefits of other vendors.
