Pros:

Nous avions entrepris en 2018 un projet de création d'intranet avec l'agence Inside dans le but de fédérer nos équipes ainsi que de favoriser la transparence de l'information. Les équipes Inside ont fait preuve d'efficacité, d'un dynamisme fort apprécié par nos équipes et d'un grand professionnalisme. Le fonctionnement de l'agence nous a permis d'avoir un projet rapidement, tout en incluant nos besoins et particularités métiers.

Cons:

La modularité ainsi que la création d'un intranet sur mesure nécessite une préparation importante ainsi qu'une participation des équipes internes. Pour être efficace et ne pas multiplier les retours, il est primordial d'avoir en amont cibler l'ensemble des besoins internes.
