Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta Tribute Site Mobile Tour

Staff support, including from the [sensitive content hidden], was excellent. Highly recommend Engage By Cell to others.

Pros:

The ease of putting a mobile tour together. And the excellent support of staff that helped us through a few hurdles.

Cons:

Engineering adjustments had to be made with the first iterations of the Mobile Tour to get it to function properly in a low connectivity environment. Took a while for that to happen, but eventually it performed rather well.

An Innovative Product for Evolutionary Business

Working with the Engage by Cell team was easy, efficient, and helpful. They were quick to assist my teammates in reaching their objectives for the tool. The product is consistently innovative, and Engage by Cell does an excellent job keeping its customers informed and keeping its product up to date with the latest technologies.

Pros:

I appreciate the skill and efficiency of the Engage By Cell team. Their collaborative and innovative nature helps this tool evolve to meet its users' needs. The product can easily be modified and shaped for a variety of use cases.

Cons:

The inability to change the number of characters in the phone number made the number more challenging to market.

Staff Engagement at a new level

Overall, my team loves this product. We use it daily, and our connection with the team has improved. We were the first division in the company to use Engage by Cell to disperse and confirm receipt of our monthly Health and Safety information. Most teams are still using the pen-and-paper method.

The software is easy to use and allows us to better communicate with our large team.

Cons:

There were some limitations due to our unconventional use of the platform designed for audio tours and feedback. The Engage by Cell team was great at helping us find alternatives that work.
