Ho trovato particolarmente efficace e intuitiva l'interfaccia del plugin sia da front-office che da back-office. Ottima l'integrazione con piattaforma e-commerce Prestashop, la personalizzazione grafica e la sicurezza delle transazioni.

Cons:

La schermata di gestione delle transazioni del plugin in Prestashop 1.7 occasionalmente presenta problemi di visualizzazione.

Ottimo plugin per pagamenti online con carta di credito, sicuro e di facile gestione

Con questo plugin è stato possibile ottimizzare l'esperienza di pagamento online sul sito e-commerce del negozio, che in precedenza con altri sistemi occasionalmente dava problemi di stabilità ed erano aumentati i carrelli abbandonati. Gestione semplificata del pannello di controllo, pagina di check-out personalizzabile, ottima interfaccia utente, sicurezza dei pagamenti, plugin ben integrato con Prestashop.

Cons:

L'installazione e la configurazione iniziale del plugin in Prestashop hanno richiesto più tempo del previsto.

Sistema per pagamenti online affidabile e sicuro, di facile configurazione

Uso Payplug da circa un anno per un piccolo sito di vendita online e mi ha permesso di risparmiare sensibilmente rispetto alle tariffe standard di Paypal e altri sistemi di pagamento online, garantendo allo stesso tempo affidabilità e una valida esperienza di pagamento per l'utente.

Valida piattaforma di pagamento online, facile da configurare e con commissioni nella media

È stato usato per diversi mesi sulla piattaforma e-commerce per elaborare i pagamenti con carte di credito, fra quelli provati è stato il plugin più valido ed esente da problemi particolari. Commissioni assolutamente nella media.

Client historique déçu : fermeture de compte sans préavis et absence de support

Je suis client Payplug depuis septembre 2019, à l’époque de votre lancement Shopify, et j’ai toujours été satisfait de votre service… jusqu’à récemment. Mon compte lié au site lelacetparisien.fr ([contenu sensible caché]) a été clôturé le 25 juin 2025 sans notification claire, alors même que j’avais fourni les documents demandés dès votre relance du 30 janvier 2025. Résultat : • 347,30 € de fonds bloqués sans explication, • perte d’accès aux relevés de mai et juin 2025, • baisse de chiffre d’affaires d’environ 80 % sur cette période, car le module CB n’est plus fonctionnel et seuls les paiements PayPal restent actifs. Malgré plusieurs relances par e‑mail et courrier recommandé, je n’ai aucun retour. Pour un client historique qui réalise plus de 146 000 € de CA annuel sur ses deux sites, dont URSUL.FR ([contenu sensible caché]), je trouve ce manque de transparence et de communication très inquiétant. J’attends de Payplug une réponse rapide : • la restitution des fonds bloqués, • l’accès à mes relevés manquants, • et un échange constructif pour éviter que cette situation se reproduise.

Un plugin di pagamento molto valido e dalle tariffe piuttosto economiche

Payplug è stato utilizzato per più di un anno in sostituzione al plugin di PayPal per Woo Commerce, per dare ai miei clienti un sistema più diretto e veloce di pagamento con carte di credito e finora non mi ha dato particolari problemi, oltretutto le tariffe sono più basse.
