The speed at which they got attendees in, at no point was there more than 2 people in a single isle, and with minimal hardware.

Cons:

The web dashboard is not complete, their approach is mobile first.

Excellent Badging and Event App for Attendees

Fantastic experience as an organiser at Bharat Fintech Summit 2025, highly recommend to work with TicketRoot. The registration and badging was super smooth across two days and users loved the event app as well.

Cons:

They could do better using transparent lables, else all was good.

attendance feature, live understanding of who is attending, who has arrived and provision to collect payments by cash and online. Best part is that the event is branded to our modules for that month.

Cons:

would be nice to have a message board for the community admins on the app.

Best wishes and had an awesome experience with it

Today was my event and I got to see about Ticket root. As the name suggests, it really helped in for the audience and costomer to book tickets. It made the work very easy and convenient for everyone There were some minor issues but I hope it would be solved soon. Awesome TicketRoot.
