Pros:

The ease of use across the platform for RBTs, BCBAs, and billing. All the RBTs at our clinic report the ease of use on their end in collecting data. They especially like the ability to move programs on the session sheet, select individual targets or programs. For the BCBAs, it is simple to create and add programs, and the live data collection feature makes the collection of IOA data simple and effective. Furthermore, for a clinic which initially started with self-billing, the ease of the platform to accomplish this task was amazing. Moreover, with switching to managed billing, Raven made the transition as seamless as possible. Additionally, it is appreciated for clinical notes to be in our control of customization to ensure that we are meeting standards with each payer, and for the feature of the data transferring directly to the session note at the end of the clients session.

Cons:

Some of the features are lacking on the BCBAs side of the platform for viewing and reporting on data when updating treatment plans.

Good customer service, but I’m concerned about data % and find it difficult to see how my student is doing overall when relying on the program.

Pros:

It’s easy for staff to access student programs and schedules. I don’t need to worry about communicating student needs with staff when I send out a sub last minute.

Cons:

It’s a challenge to access staff session notes or have staff access my session notes. Data calculation for the day isn’t accurate when I need to sum up data from all the sessions for the day. I find myself extracting data from the program and redoing the calculation myself.

Great for small ABA Companies!!

We’ve had a great experience using this platform for our small ABA company of 25 employees. It’s incredibly efficient and offers personalized features that meet all of our operational needs—from scheduling and documentation to data collection and reporting. The interface is user-friendly, and the support team is responsive and knowledgeable. It has streamlined many of our daily tasks, saving us time and improving overall workflow. We appreciate how customizable the system is, allowing us to tailor it to our clients and team structure. Overall, this tool has been a valuable asset to our practice and continues to support our growth.

Every now and then there is a system glitch that is typically related to personal devices but they help resolve right away.
